The purpose of the Handling Fee is to cover costs associated with presenting shows and not with the cost of the shows themselves. Associated costs include building shows on our website, setting it up in our ticketing system, the cost of maintaining our ticketing system, the cost of handling and processing credit cards and staffing. Most customers expect to use our web site, and securely pay online. This process and the advanced ever-changing technology behind it are costly.
Please note, once you purchase your ticket it is nonrefundable/nonexchangeable, unless the show is canceled by Joeseppi's.
Additional fees will apply. Our cake cutting fee is $4.00 per person, and our corkage fee is $25 per/750 ML bottle.
Customers who are Dining for Dinner - Doors open at 6:00PM Friday and Saturday shows, 5:00PM for Sunday shows. If you are having dinner, we ask that you call 253-761-5555, so that we can put you on the dinner list, to confirm your arrival time, Space is limited so please call us ahead of time, we would like to reduce as much walking by our staff during the show.
No food or beverage is included in the cost of admission.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, your ticket is your seat guarantee, we do not reserve tables at this time for parties of 3 or less. All tickets are first come first serve, however for parties of 4 or more you can make reservations based on availability. We frequently sell-out, reservations can be made on our website at https://www.joeseppisitalian.com/contact or you can call at 253-761-5555. Groups of 4 or more please make sure that your tickets are purchased all together. You can also call for assistance and questions at 253-761-5555. Because The Chameleon On Pearl is an intimate venue, and seating is limited, we cannot guarantee all your party will be able to sit together. Due to COVID seating is limited to 6 per table. We do not allow walk ins for shows that are sold out.
To expedite seating, please bring a print out of your ticket or present it on your phone. Thank you
All shows are in our lounge, everyone MUST be 21 and over, we reserve the right to ask for ID from everyone.
